Karl Bonawitz is the Division Manager for Information Technology of firstPRO Philadelphia. His responsibilities include P&L responsibility for Contract and Direct Hire IT, as well as, Business Development functions within Fortune 500 organizations in the surrounding Philadelphia area.
Karl joined firstPRO in May of 2008 to build and lead the Information Technology Division for firstPRO Philadelphia. Prior to joining firstPRO, Karl was a Regional Recruiting Manager for an executive recruiting firm specialized in the staffing of Information Technology professionals. He has over 14 years of experience in the Information Technology staffing industry where he began his career as a Recruiter and transitioned into roles of increasing responsibility to focus more on the client facing aspects of the business.
Karl earned his BA in Political Science from Lynn University as a scholarship athlete. He was raised and resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and children.
